Banat Mountain Bike Marathon 2010 comes with new Race and Marathon trails
Participation Fee for BMM 2010 only 50 RON
This event has become a tradition, bringing this year the 6th edition. It is a mass event addressed for amateur cyclists from Romania and from abroad.
Through this marathon, Bike Attack Association wants to promote mountain biking in Romania but also the highlands of Banat region, a favorable area for mountain biking routes. We are also encouraging people to practice sport at all ages and also promoting activities nature friendly.
The competition will take place on three different tracks in length and difficulty, with start and arrival at the same point, from Poiana Lupului (Wolf's Meadow), Gărâna (Wolfsberg); 80 km to the experience and professional cyclists, 50 km for amateurs who love mountain biking, which struggle for every weekend spent on the bike and 30 km for everyone, even for those who go less frequently or for those who get on a mountain bike for the first time.
This year Banat Mountain Bike Marathon prepares for 300 participants, in addition, beside prizes, there will be gifts and other surprises a spectacle organized by Radio Romania Actualitati in the campaign called "Health by Movement"
