The race will take place on Four different trails,, the start and the arrival are in the same point, in the area of Poiana Lupului (Wolf's Meadow) ; 80km for experienced athletes and professionals, 50km for amateurs who love mountain biking and fight for weekends spent on the bike, 30km for thous who ride less and 10 km for thous who just decided to enter this sport.

Besides timing service, Olimpia Event Services provides footage and photographs along the trails from the helicopter, radio controled airplane and hexacopter.

During the race organizers ensure:
- Info point at start and finish
- sanitary point at start and finish
- Bike cleaning facilities at finish
- snack points at start and on the trails
- food, soft drinks and energysers on the trails
- intervention and recovery team in case of accident or getting lost
- footage and fotos
Bad weather: If the weather doesn't permit a safe deployment, the race will be canceled and the registration fee will be refunded 50%. The money are refunded in the beneficiary bank account or cash by Romanian Post. Cancellation decision is decided by the organizers during the race or in the morning before race.
